TFSC built the **NeoPlayer – Video & Music** app as a **free local media player**.  
This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use **"AS IS"**.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information (if any) when you use our Service.

## Information We Collect and Use

The app primarily operates **locally**:  
It only accesses local media files (videos and music) stored on your device, and this access requires your explicit permission (e.g., storage permissions on Android).  
All playback and processing happen **entirely on your device**.

We use the **Firebase SDK** (provided by Google) for limited crash reporting and performance monitoring (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics). Firebase may collect the following **anonymized data** to help us improve the app:

- Device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or fallback identifiers like Instance ID)  
- App usage and crash information (e.g., crash logs, performance metrics)  

**No personally identifiable information** (name, email, phone number, etc.) is collected.  
This data is anonymized and aggregated. It is **not** used for advertising or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Firebase processes this data in accordance with [Google's privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

- No other third-party SDKs, ads, or analytics tools are used beyond Firebase.  
- No user data is sent to our own servers.  
- We do not track location, IP addresses, or any other personal data.

## Permissions

The app requests storage permissions **only** to allow browsing and playing your local media files.  
These permissions are **not** used to collect, upload, or transmit data off your device (except for the limited anonymized data sent to Firebase as described above).

## Log Data

We do not collect detailed log data ourselves.  
Limited crash and performance data may be collected via **Firebase Crashlytics** to diagnose and fix issues.

## Opt-Out Options

You can limit data collection by Firebase:  
- On your Android device, go to **Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization** (this affects Advertising ID usage).  
- Disable app analytics in device settings if available.

## Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13.  
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.  
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us.

## Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.  
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
